Paula Valmadre is the Mortgage Broker you’ll meet with at City Edge Finance.
Having a university degree from JCU Townsville, Paula has worked extensively in the financing industry since then.
Previously the Lending Manager at Westpac for over six years, Paula worked in all positions in the branch learning the full banking operation before being promoted to Lending Manager, organising funding for home loans, investment loans, business loans, credit cards and personal loans.
Following her successful tenure at Westpac, Paula was offered an opportunity as Mortgage Broker for a newly established business with LHL (formerly known as Local Home Loans). Working as a Loan Writer and organising funding for all aspects of lending. Paula learned how to organise lending for first home buyers right through to businesses with complex requirements.
Upon the expansion of LHL into land developments, Paula took over the role of Lending Division Manager, overseeing a division of six employees whilst continuing in the role as a Loan Writer.
After 11 years with LHL, Paula was inspired to offer her expertise to hard working Australians wanting to understand the lending market and finished her position at LHL and established City Edge Finance in July 2009. Paula is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Mortgage Broking and many of her clients always return due to the successful outcomes she has managed for individuals and businesses.
Paula often suggests ideas that the everyday individual may not have realised was actually an option, thanks to Paula, anything is possible.
Many of Paula’s clients come back to utilise her services generally over their lifetime of acquiring finance, whether for a mortgage, investment or equipment finance application as her customers appreciate her attentive service, assistance and ability to get you the best option for finance suitable to your needs.
Paula is married and has 2 beautiful daughters.
She enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
